The football machine can train you in 5 different areas; catching the football, defensive reaction and zone drills, punt and kickoff returns. Can be used as a perfect snap for a kicker (with optional short legs) and for more effective conditioning exercises. Distance and height are controlled by changing the speed of the wheels and by vertical tilt adjustments. Perfect spirals can be thrown from 10 to 80 yards, along with end over end punts and kickoffs.
