For tightening of the net, a winch is provided that has an automatic load-holding brake for safety. The net cable connects to the winch to make the net extremely safe to tighten and loosen. Straps come with snap loops for easy net attachment. The ground sleeve is two-piece construction. The sleeve has a seperate top section. The center lid swings out of the way via use of a pivot bolt.
