Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted without return authorization. No returns accepted on clearance or sale items. Returns on drop shipped items depends on case by case basis. No returns on any customized merchandise. We only credit shipping cost if its our mistake. Product must be in original packaging and, if being credited, in original conditions. Merchandise being returned must be shipped back within 30 days of invoice date with freight prepaid. Videos and book returns are not accepted. All returns are subject to 20% restocking charge after 30 days from invoice date.
