Cervical Pivot
The Soft Tissue System is based on the progressive increased use of time and gravity to reverse abnormal sustained postures or positions.
The Occipivot is useful for the treatment of muscle tension or abnormal sustained posture, (i.e. forward head position).
The Cervical Pivot is a substitute for gentle cervical traction, self mobilization and strengthening, or for self release of sternocleidomastoid, upper trapezius and first ribs.
The Short Thoracic Pivot and the Thoracic Pivot are ideal for craniosacral treatment or mobilization of the thoracic spine/ribs; the Short Thoracic Pivot is designed for use with the Cervical and Lumbar Pivots, while the Thoracic Pivot is designed to be used alone.
The Lumbar Pivot provides an ideal platform for mobilization and extension.
