The Aqua Power Adjustable Wrist Weights are great for progressive resistive exercises. The weights are adjustable, with individual steel inserts that fit into pockets. You may remove or add the inserts as you please. They are made of durable neoprene which has minimal water retention. The total weight is 4 lbs. (2 lbs. per wrist)
