this was returned because i thought it would stretch and it doesn't. the name on this is misleading. you would have to want to follow their book to use this.

I have used a strap for many years but found this book and strap after working with a trainer. I am 80 years old and definitely need to stretch on a daily basis. This strap and its instruction book provide an excellent approach. Certainly better than what I had been doing previously.

I am currently taking Physical Therapy for an accident I recently had.They have me use this strap for stretching exercises. I figured why not get this for home as well and do these stretches there as well. It really makes it easier to do them. It was delivered way on time and the packaging was great as well. Great tool if you haven't seen your toes in a while like me. I didn't even know I had them!

A gift to myself. After turning 40, I noticed my flexibility had decreased. In addition to cardio and strength training(my usual workout), I added stretching and flexibility exercises two days a week. Wow. Noticeable improvement in overall sense wellbeing.
