I am 65 and in good shape, working out several times a week. However, lately I had noticed that my hand strength was not what it used to be. I asked my personal trainer and he suggested this product. I found it in a catalog but when I searched online found the same product for less online. I works well and I hope with using it several times a week, my finger and grip strength will improve!

The Power Web is an excellent exercise tool for your fingers. While there are plenty of tools for strengthening your handgrip, wrist, and forearms, the Power Web enables you to exercise and strengthen your fingers individually, and in all directions rather than just gripping.

item is exactly what I wanted but the seller took a very long time to ship it. I used one like this at physical therapy and decided I wanted to continue using it so I bought one. Really helps strengthen grip.

The Power Web has made a remarkable difference as a strengthening tool for my hand in PT, so I purchased one for home use to continue the strides made. I recommend consulting with a physician prior to beginning any program for weakness due to injury, osteoarthritis, or to preserve strength.
