About Foam Rollers

The smaller size 6" is plenty wide for me to put both of my thighs on it and roll. It is a sturdy compact Styrofoam that can take weight without compressing. This size is easy to throw in the car and take with me on car trips. I need to use it daily to relieve muscle pain caused by a drug's reaction to my muscles and it helps to reduce the aching. I can linger on the hot spots and apply more pressure as it is relieved. Thank you. Also check out articles on foam rollers to get ideas as to how to use them.

The foam roller is great. I was looking for a decently priced product, that was strong enough to withstand fairly high levels of wear-and-tear.(I'm a personal trainer, so it needed to be durable. This product has actually been used in a few videos on our site, [...])The roller has been going strong. It's great for self myofascial release. If you're thinking about picking it up, go ahead. I have only positive things to say!

This is a terrific product. It is extra firm which is important. I use it to roll on for my back and my hips, both of which are problem areas for me. After using them, it feels like I have had a deep tissue massage.
