I first used this at my son's house, then ordered one for myself immediately. Does it replace my chiropractor? Of course not, but it cuts down on my visits, and at $45 a pop (pardon the pun)...well, do the math. Highly recommend!

My co-worker purchased one of these and brought it into work. I got on this Foam Roller it hurt so good! My lower back was so tight that I could have cried. I rolled on it through out the day and it lossened my lower back muscles. I purchased one that day. I roll on it while watching T.V. at least 3X a day. It will change your life!

If you don't own a foam roller and have back problems, buy one. I've had this roller for over six months and it hasn't broken down.

This is great for massaging major muscles, like quads and back muscles. I use it a lot when there's tension in my back, and if I exhale while rolling over it, I hear lots of good popping. Great product made of dense foam, but it definitely doesn't have much give to it, so it's pretty stiff.
