I've used these resistance bands in the past, just for a little more intensity during simple cardio exercises. And, so far it this one seems to be working every bit as well. It feels good and durable, and hope that it lasts a good while.

I love this little exercise tool! It is very cheap and I can take it anywhere with me. It works perfectly to strengthen the hips and even your stomach muscles.

I ordered a BUNCH of these for my group fitness class and they LOVE the exercises you can do with them! Plus ~ its portable. Its a gym that can go on vacation with you!

These resistance loops work as designed. If your are looking for resistance bands they are an affordable option. Have a slight smell to them
